We went to see Sally with my daughter (y5) who has struggled throughout her time at school. Sally was amazing from the first point of contact. On the day of the assessment she greeted us and explained the assessment to us and our daughter. Sally was so kind and gentle mannered with our daughter which we could see put our daughter at ease! Sally was amazing with feedback on the day and went above and beyond to ensure any questions were answered and that we were happy and understood what she had said. Sally kept in contact and delivered an amazing report of her assessment and again ensured we understood everything and offered to be at the end of the phone if we had any further questions! Would absolutely highly recommend Sally!

I went to see Sally with my daughter (yr 4) who has been struggling at school. I have nothing but kind words for Sally. From the moment we arrived she made my daughter feel comfortable and listened to.

My daughter takes quite a while to trust anyone before she would then start opening up with them. I could tell Sally sensed this from the get go and she was totally amazing at structuring the assessment to make my daughter feel as ease throughout it all. When we left my daughter said that she really liked Sally. She said she felt like she was talking to one of her friends rather than a ‘teacher’. Thank you so much for your continued help Sally. I can’t recommend you enough.

I cannot recommend Sally highly enough. I took my son (Y5) to be assessed to see whether we could do anything to help him cope with and hopefully even start to enjoy school.

Knowing he may be anxious, Sally went to a tutor session that he was having so she could meet him briefly in a familiar setting and surrounding to him and so he could associate her with fun learning (as he really likes his tutor). He was then far more comfortable about going to visit her a week later. Sally was amazing with him, from the second he entered the room she had him completely at ease. For the next 4 hours he concentrated (which he would usually really struggle with) and engaged with the activities, most of which he found fun to do. The report we received at the end was detailed and thorough and has enabled us to help him, resulting in far less anxiety at school. Thank you Sally
